Sword Emperor has a similar personality to Kim Gong-ja: strong headed, bias, unruly, selfish, childish and simple. Both willing to anger the other for humor. The deep similarity allows both to understand the other the best like twins. However, Sword Emperor can be serious and open-minded when needed and displays a desire to fight the strong (or exceptional martial artists). He is also intuitive towards other's intents and thoughts, especially towards Gong-ja.
