Synopsis
Atsushi Nakajima, who was expelled from his orphanage, is in danger of dying. All hope seemed gone when he had no food and nowhere to go, but then he saved a mystery guy named Osamu Dazai from drowning. Dazai serves Atsushi a dinner and explains that they work for the Armed Detective Agency, a group of talented people who handle criminal cases that the authorities are unable to handle, much to the annoyance of his partner Doppo Kunikida.
Atsushi hesitantly accepts when the two beg him to help them find a supernatural tiger that has been spreading havoc all over the city. Dazai promises him a job with the agency once they’ve solved the case. However, as the Port Mafia, the local crime syndicate, starts to move against them, the work is about to become much more deadly. Atsushi must master his recently discovered unique power to defend himself, his new friends, and the entire city while caught up in a turf war.
