Synopsis
Denji has a straightforward dream: to have a contented life while interacting with a girl he likes. Denji is compelled to murder devils by the yakuza in order to pay off his crippling debts, which is a long cry from reality. He is willing to do anything for a little money, and he uses his pet demon Pochita as a weapon.
He was unfortunately assassinated by a demon working for the yakuza since he had outlived his usefulness. Pochita, in an unforeseen turn of events, fuses with Denji’s corpse and endows him with chainsaw devil-like abilities. Denji is now able to wield his body’s components as chainsaws, and he uses his new skills to swiftly and mercilessly eliminate his adversaries. He is given employment at the Public Safety Bureau as one of the official demon hunters after catching the attention of those who arrive on the scene. Denji would do anything to realise his straightforward teenage goals now that he has the tools necessary to take on even the most formidable foes.
