The Armed Detective Agency, along with their former ally, Ryunosuke Akutagawa, managed to suppress The Guild’s uprising, but at a great cost.
In the present day, the Armed Detective Agency’s members find themselves facing a new crisis. An unknown Gifted individual named Tatsuhiko Shibusawa has emerged, wielding a unique ability that allows him to manipulate people’s memories. Shibusawa uses his power to orchestrate a city-wide massacre, driving people to commit suicide. This incident catches the attention of the Agency, and they begin investigating the matter.
