Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.1 – Crime and Punishment

Izumi Yasaka’s runaway car was on its way to the Public Safety Bureau building when it was reported just before it hit the building. Izumi, a counsellor at Sanctuary, a latent criminal isolation and rehabilitation centre, just fled her job.

Before Inspectors Mika Shimotsuki and Akane Tsunemori had a chance to question the suspect, the facility suddenly asks for Izumi to be brought back. The Inspectors comply, supposing this to be a direct command from the Chief and the Sanctuary board, but they insist that Izumi be personally taken back. Tsunemori plans to carry out more research alongside the Bureau team.

Inspector Shimotsuki is now the lead detective on a significant case, giving her the chance she’s been waiting for. Shimotsuki and her group of Enforcers are followed in this case as they learn the truth about Sanctuary.
