Detective Conan

Detective Conan, also known as Case Closed, is a popular anime series based on the manga written and illustrated by Gosho Aoyama. It follows the story of Shinichi Kudo, a brilliant high school detective who is transformed into a child after being poisoned by a criminal organization known as the Black Organization. Now taking on the pseudonym Conan Edogawa, he continues to solve mysteries while searching for a way to regain his original body and bring the Black Organization to justice.

The story begins with Shinichi Kudo attending a theme park with his childhood friend, Ran Mouri. During their visit, Shinichi witnesses a suspicious exchange between two men and is subsequently attacked, being forced to ingest an experimental poison called APTX 4869. Instead of dying, the poison causes him to shrink into the body of a seven-year-old boy. Adopting the name Conan Edogawa and living with Ran and her father, Kogoro Mouri, a bumbling private detective, he secretly continues his detective work while helping Kogoro solve cases.

Throughout the series, Conan encounters a wide range of intriguing cases, mysteries, and memorable characters. Each episode typically revolves around a standalone case, but there are several recurring plotlines and pivotal events that drive the overarching narrative.

As the series progresses, Conan gradually uncovers more about the Black Organization’s activities and secrets, coming closer to his ultimate goal of exposing their crimes and regaining his original body. Along the way, he solves countless intricate cases, displays his deduction skills, and forms lasting bonds with his friends and allies.
