Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid S

Synopsis

Tohru the Dragon, by way of an odd turn of circumstances, ends up working as Miss Kobayashi’s maid. She blends into human society and does her maid duties admirably (that’s a lie, just mediocrely) while occasionally (that’s a lie, she frequently) causing difficulty for her adored Miss Kobayashi. Elma, Lucoa, Kanna, and Fafnir, four of her fellow dragons, all find their own niches where they can blend in and engage with humans. However, as they all take in the relaxed—and occasionally tumultuous—left, Miss Kobayashi is suddenly threatened by a new Dragon.

Ilulu, disgusted by Tooru’s association with humans, resorts to the traditional dragon strategy for dispute resolution—a fight to the death. Despite this, she is intrigued by Kobayashi’s propensity for making friends with dragons and chooses to learn more about what makes Kobayashi unique. Kobayashi’s wacky existence with a dragon maid is only getting better now that a new problematic dragon has moved into the area.

There is never a quiet day in the Kobayashi family since mischief is a daily staple. While Kanna Kamui thoroughly immerses herself in her life as an elementary school student and Tooru continues on her goal to become the finest maid, there is never a dull moment. But on one of those days, a huge landslip is seen on the hill where Kobayashi and Tooru originally met, clearly demonstrating the might of a dragon. When none of the dragons they are familiar with step forward to take blame, the real culprit—the radical Chaos Dragon Ilulu, whose immense might rivals that of Tooru—descended from the clouds.
