Monster

“Monster” is a psychological thriller anime based on the critically acclaimed manga by Naoki Urasawa. Set in Germany, the story follows Dr. Kenzo Tenma, a brilliant Japanese neurosurgeon working at Eisler Memorial Hospital in the late 20th century.

Dr. Tenma’s life takes an unexpected turn when he faces a moral dilemma. He must choose between saving the life of a young boy named Johan Liebert or the mayor of Düsseldorf. Fueled by his sense of duty as a doctor, he decides to save Johan, an act that has far-reaching consequences.

Together, they navigate a treacherous web of conspiracy, encountering powerful organizations and individuals who will stop at nothing to protect Johan’s true identity.
