In this continuation of the popular Psycho-Pass series, the Sybil System, a powerful network that assesses an individual’s psychological state to determine their potential for criminality, has undergone significant changes. Under the revised system, individual Psycho-Passes are no longer visible to the general public, creating a shroud of secrecy that gives rise to a new set of challenges for law enforcement.

The narrative revolves around two main characters: Arata Shindo, a highly intelligent and empathetic Inspector with a unique perspective on justice, and Kei Mikhail Ignatov, a seasoned Enforcer who brings a pragmatic and analytical approach to their partnership.
