The story begins with Sadao Maou, now known as Sadao Urushihara, a former demon lord who has adapted to life in modern-day Tokyo. Having found a job at MgRonald’s, a fast-food chain, he spends his days serving customers and striving for success in the corporate world. However, the tranquility of his peaceful existence is abruptly shattered when an ancient evil awakens, threatening to plunge both Earth and Ente Isla (the demon realm) into chaos.
As Sadao and his loyal comrades, including the heroic Emi Yusa (previously known as the hero Emilia), the quirky Ashiya Shirou, and the enigmatic Suzuno Kamazuki, unite once again, they uncover a sinister plot that involves the manipulation of dark energies to revive an ancient demon lord. With the stakes higher than ever, the group must pool their unique talents and harness the power of their friendships to protect both worlds.
