Synopsis

Naofumi Iwatani and his group don’t have much time left because another Wave is coming up in a week. However, the Four Cardinal Heroes reunite with the queen, Mirelia Q Melromarc, for a hasty briefing when bat familiars invade Lurolona Village and the Wave countdown is stopped. The Spirit Tortoise, a dangerous animal that has awoken from its dormancy and is now returned to wreak havoc, is thought to be responsible for the strange happenings, according to the queen. The four men come up with a strategy to end the Spirit Tortoise, but only the cursed Shield Hero is willing to assist.

Season 2 begins with Naofumi, Raphtalia, and Filo embarking on a new adventure.
