Kazuki Akane

Birth:Mar 24, 1960 Age:63 Gender:Male Years active:1985-Present Hometown:Osaka Prefecture, Japan Akane worked at Sunrise for the first 15 years of his career. There he collaborated with Shouji Kawamori to direct his most famous work, Vision of Escaflowne. After having left Sunrise in 2000, he joined Satelight, where he created and directed the shows Geneshaft, HeatGuy J, and the most famous of the three, Noein: To Your Other Self. Since then Akane has gone freelance. His more recent works include Birdy the Mighty: Decode and Stars Align.
